Service Terms for Cross-Border Transactions

Service Terms

These terms apply to local market research, supplier search, on-site visits, video walkthroughs, and sourcing follow-up in China intended to be provided under the Procuvanta brand by Chongqing Xingping Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (重庆星平智能科技有限公司). Each order is governed by the scope, schedule, deliverables, and fees confirmed by both parties. The operating-entity details, payment arrangements, and applicable law must be verified before launch.

1. Service Packages and Working Hours

The half-day on-site service costs USD 299 and runs 08:30–12:30 China time, up to 4 working hours. The full-day service costs USD 499 and runs 08:30–17:30 China time, including 8 working hours and a 1-hour lunch break. The Procurement Action Team project costs USD 999 for 5 working days and up to 40 total project work hours. The 40 hours are the team’s total workload, not 40 hours per staff member. Work dates, start and end times, and tasks are subject to written order confirmation. Next-day service is not guaranteed.

2. Service Areas and Research Targets

Services may be arranged at locations in China where the work is feasible. Within the confirmed city/area and purchased service hours, pricing follows the package and order; the number of research targets does not automatically increase the fee. Whether suppliers, markets, or factories receive visitors, respond, quote, permit filming, or grant access depends on third parties. Procuvanta cannot guarantee their cooperation.

3. Add-Ons, Travel, and Additional Costs

Optional add-ons include a PDF research report for USD 79, locally recorded video for USD 99 per appointment subject to prior agreement and required permissions, and additional work time at USD 70 per hour. Intercity travel, accommodation, and other costs not included in the package must be disclosed in advance and arranged only after client approval. Any work outside the original order must have its fees and deliverables agreed in advance.

4. Payment, Order Confirmation, and Procurement Funds

Payment methods listed on the website will be offered only after the operating entity has enabled them and is authorized to use them for the relevant services. Unless expressly agreed in writing and permitted by law, payment alone does not confirm a service time, location, or scope that has not yet been agreed. Procuvanta charges for local research and execution and does not hold, transfer, or pay product-purchasing funds for clients. Clients are responsible for verifying information, negotiating, contracting with suppliers, and paying suppliers directly.

5. Service Limitations and Third-Party Information

Findings are based on information actually available within the agreed scope. Market prices, stock, product specifications, supplier statements, and lead times may change. Procuvanta does not guarantee the lowest price, supplier reliability, product suitability, or successful transactions. General visual checks are not formal quality inspections, laboratory tests, factory audits, certifications, or legal due diligence.

6. Reports, Photos, and Videos

The scope, format, estimated timing, and permitted use of reports, notes, photos, and videos are governed by the order. On-site photography, audio recording, or video recording must comply with site rules and required permissions; recording or supplying materials is not guaranteed without authorization. Information that could not be obtained will be identified where possible, and incomplete research will not be presented as verified fact.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate objectives, product information, contacts, appointment requirements, and other necessary details, and confirm plans promptly. Clients must not ask staff to act unlawfully, violate site rules, invade third-party privacy, or record without permission. If inaccurate information, delayed confirmation, or lack of cooperation affects the service, the parties will handle the matter under the order and applicable law.

8. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refunds

Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy published on the website, which applies to all packages. Before staff actually depart for an order, the client may request a refund of 100% of the service fee. After staff have departed, if the client cancels for their own reasons, the service fee is generally non-refundable. This rule does not remove refund rights required by applicable law or relieve Procuvanta of liability where it cannot perform its own obligations.

9. Uncontrollable Events and Liability

If temporary market closures, transport disruptions, extreme weather, government restrictions, or other events beyond the parties’ reasonable control affect the service, the parties will discuss rescheduling, adjusting scope, or another feasible solution. Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by law and does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Because services are offered to clients in different countries and regions, governing law and dispute-resolution terms must be determined after reviewing the operating entity, client type, transaction model, and applicable mandatory laws. No unverified exclusive governing-law or court clause is stipulated here.

11. Operating Entity and Contact Information

Intended operating entity: Chongqing Xingping Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (重庆星平智能科技有限公司). Brand and intended domain: Procuvanta.com. Verified company contact information, business email, and valid notice channels will be added before launch. If website content differs from order confirmation, the parties’ expressly confirmed order documents and applicable law will be considered.
