Progress depends on location, travel, business hours, and third-party cooperation. We cannot guarantee that businesses will meet, respond, or provide quotations.

PDF Research Report
Organizes available information on dates, locations, key product/business details, available quotations, field notes, findings, and next-step recommendations. Information that could not be obtained will be clearly marked.
Recording scope, duration, file format, and delivery method must be agreed in advance, and required permissions obtained. Recording files are not included by default.
Additional time beyond the confirmed service period is charged at $70 per hour. It must be discussed and agreed in advance. Billing for partial hours must be specified in writing when confirmed.
We do not mark up products, automatically take commissions on transaction value, or hold/pay product-purchasing funds for clients. We do not guarantee the lowest price, supplier reliability, business responses, factory access, product performance, or delivery dates. A general visual check is not a formal quality inspection, laboratory test, factory audit, or legal due diligence. Intercity travel and local execution costs must be agreed in advance; arrangements proceed only after written client approval and payment as agreed.
